I have been with Company Name for the past three years as an operation manager. I have worked tirelessly in two recent major projects-the grand opening ceremonies of Universal Studios Singapore and The Maritime Experimental Museum. There were many late nights and weekend work.
My boss trusted me with managing the projects and saw my commitment in meeting deadlines and finishing the tasks at hand. He understood that time at work meant time away from home. So I am thankful he was able to offer me a flexible work arrangement where I could attend to some personal matters when the need arose. This is especially helpful as I am in the midst of preparing my wedding and in the process of buying a new flat: the flevxibility has enabled me to go for my bridal gown fittings and appointments with HDB.
I am grateful that Company name supports my working arrangement, and believes in Work-Life Integragtion for their employees. In fact, Company Name has a team dedicated to promoting Work-Life where a committee organises regular activities, games, trips to Country and volunteer opportunities for team members to come together and bond with each other.
I feel that to have Work-Life Integration, we must put in effort and exercise discipline; or it will not work for any of us. To achieve this, we need to first understand our own capabilities and limits. For me, it is to have ample rest so that I can stay focused and effective, both during and outside work hours. I also maintain a positive mind set which I believe will give me the positive energy to stay healthy and balanced.

where is my msn friend
Today I try to find someone to chat online but I log on my msn I just realise no one is available. How sad am I try to find somebody to talk. Where is my friend? With the new technology msn is not a famous channel which can use for chating. Now can use whatapps, through FB or viber etc...wechat...with Iphone you can easy get someone to talk to.
I miss out most of my close friend. Too long not connet with them and also not drop by to say hello. I not sure what happen to myself. Always fill my time with work, learn new skills , explore to new places-move to environment. With new environment I able to meet new friends. Life like never ending. Can I describe my life with full of uncertainly and challenging things are waiting for me?
I not sure if this is what I want. I quite lost. What happen to me? Am I running away from what I am with all the person I know? I just want to be an ordinary girl/lady to enjoy my life. Can I?
Today my hubby try to find fault on me just because of stupid driving license. What is the big deal? If I dont convert my Msia license to SG license and request to sit for the test in Australia? Why make it like the world is ending? Small little thing like this will make my hubby keep on saying he told me before in earlier. But in fact I move here 2 years and I haven't stable down yet with all this new life challenges. I try to be reasonable and independence, live positively. I come here to live with my belove one not come here to work as slave for others. Who can really understand if your belove cant understand how you feel. Nobody in this world can help me including my parent, hubby or any others peoples. I only depend myself. I think this is the true meaning of life. I need to stay into this stage forever. No true relationship in this world, everyone is wearing mask to be nice with you.
I try not to think so negatively but in fact this is the real me when I think of this way.I can only trust myself. I the one can give myself satisfaction, true about myself.
God please allow me to carry this personality , stronger my belief and accept my dream..I sick of try to be good lady. I want my own characters back!

Review on Origin spot Remover-Anti Blemish treatment gel -Strong recommended
I hate to battle my pimples every month before Ms. P show up. I just used this product and I find it very efficient for remove the big giant pimple that I currently have on my face .I strongly recommend for those need to minimize the pain of the pimples on face. Just put a small amount cover the infection area. It will take 2- 3times a day. U will see the result in 3 days .The gel feels very lightweight and it’s non sticky. I almost doesn’t feel like a gel it’s more of just a clear liquid! When you apply it using your fingers it seeps into the skin and disappears like water which is perfect; it leave no residue, stickiness or colour and it seems to do is form a protective layer on top of your spot.
It is amazing effects and I like the aroma smell of Origin. I buy it at Robinson store at Raffles city. It cost $29 but I able to get 10% discount during NDP sales!!
This products claims that the gel contains no harmful ingredients and you will find in it salicylic acid, oregano and clove bud. This is particularly interesting use of ingredients but there is nothing better than natural ingredients that really do work. This product also doesn’t dry out the skin as many other very strong spot treatments may do.

Makeup Remover Reviews
Let talk about makeup remover. It is important to use right make up remover to remove the access of makeup on my face every night during my routine face wash. This is what I learn for so long to keep my sensitive face away from damage. If used sun block, BB cream on daily times, please dont forget to use make up remover before wash the face with cleanser
Now I used Naruko Narcissus Make up remover mousse for my face, Maybeline and Fasio Make Up Remover for my eye and lip. I feel comfortable to use these three products.
Naruko Narcissus Make up Remover Review:
Way to apply :Just pump 3 times to dispense a proper amount to palm then massage over the face and emulsify with drops of water.
Review:I feel the bubble is very rich and can clean the make up thoroughly,the most important thing is not cause acne on my face. I think the price for this remover is affordable compare to others brand such as aqualabel, Biore, etc.
The Maybeline make up remover
Way to apply: Just soak a cotton pad with these products and apply one eye and lip.
Review: Feel very efficiently removes all waterproof make up on eye and lip and not cause any uncomfortable on these area. Recommend to keep this stock whenever there is sale at Watson or John little. I normally purchase from these store when there is 20% discount.
Fasio Point Make up remover
Way to apply: Saturate a cotton pad and gently wipe off. For eye make up, press against your closed eyelid for 15 seconds and remove.
Review: It is mild and efficiently remove all waterproof make up as well. This products contains same PH as tears so it does not cause sensitive to eye. Recommend to keep this stock whenever there is sale at Watson or John little. I normally purchase from these store when there is 20% discount.
For those girl who have sensitive and oily skin like me recommend to use the above three products.

Review : I not recommend to use this product to remove the make up on face. I feel sensitive and pain on my face after use. Perhaps due to the strong fragrance and the chemical cause damage to skin. XXX not recommend

Naruko : Apple Seed & Tranexamic Acid Review
After I finished used the Tea Tree series. I decided to proceed to try a new range for the oily skin series which is Apple Seed & Tranexamic series. This series is suitable for summer weather. I feel this range is more suitable for me because it does control oil and pigmentation on my skin compare to tea tree range. This series also lighten my skin tone as it contains white hydra milk to whiten and even the skin tone in the description. Tranexamic Acid is for correct the appearance of imbalanced pigmentation in skin and the vitamin E and the patented Phytoferulin complex are added to revitalize the skin.
Now I have used this products for 3 weeks. The effect of my skin tone is more radiant and look fair compare to early stage. For those who have oily and sensitive skin like me don't forget to put some hydration products as well. U can try to use naruko Narcissus range. Pick some products that your skin need. Despite choose the right skincare products, drink more waters at least 2 liters per day- 2 big bottle mineral water, eat one apple per day -maintains it or others fruits. Do exercise 30 minute per day. Be a good looking lady it need determination ,hardworking and passion to achieve it.
